Only Designated REALTORS® may nominate REALTORS® for this award. The Salesperson of the Year will be selected annually based on the information submitted on this form.
The Salesperson of the Year will be selected annually based on the following criteria:
- Number of closed transactions, dollar volume, for the previous 12 month period
- Active and continuous dedication to the CFR through participation in committees and events;
- The recipient should be striving for a designation/certification or have one;
- Should exemplify team spirit, leadership, loyalty, cooperation with peers; and
- Dedication to community service.
- The nominee must have been associated with the nominating firm for at least one year and must be a REALTOR® member in good standing.
- Only Designated REALTORS® may nominate REALTORS® for this award.
- The last five recipients who are able to serve will make the final choice.
